CLARISA MUNGUIA, REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
In her downtime, Clarisa enjoys being in the gym, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her two dogs, Banks and Milo.
Clarisa received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, where she was inducted a as a lifetime member into Psi Chi, the international Honor Society of Psychology.
She went on to work as a Research Analyst for Mary LouFulton Teacher’s College where she spent four years researching infant child literacy in children with disabilities as well as in low-income communities, successfully implementing a curriculum in more than 70 classrooms throughout the Valley.
After spending all of her time in a lab working with data, she decided it was time for a career change that allowed for more social interaction. Clarisa joined Thrive Real Estate Group in January, 2022 as the senior administrative assistant to Thrive Real Estate and Thrive Development Group’s president.
She quickly took on multiple projects and now serves as the Real Estate Group’s administrative manager. In this role, she supports the president and the director of Real Estate, and acts as broker manager. Clarisa has become an integral part of the team and a resource to all around her.
Prior to her time in Phoenix, Clarisa lived in Spain where she worked as a language and culture assistant and spent her free-time traveling throughout Europe, visiting more than 15 countries.
