ANDY ANDERSON, SENIOR MANAGER, CONSTRUCTION

Andy has fished in every lake and stream in Arizona. An avid hiker, Andy enjoys hiking the Grand Canyon rim to rim in one day, bi-annually. As an outdoorsman and fisherman, Andy has traveled the continent in search of the “one that got away.”

Andy has been in construction for the private and public sectors for 30 years. He has worked for developers and local, state, and federal governments. Andy has very complex and vast work experiences.

A snapshot of his work includes:

  • Developing projects at a U.S.Federal Courthouse in El Paso, Texas
  • Solar power panel design through installation at a FedEx field in Washington, D.C.
  • A water treatment plant in Tempe, Arizona
  • Living quarters on the Navajo Nation
  • A fourteen-story building in San Diego, California
  • A dozen skate and bike parks in Arizona
  • A $150,000,000 capital asset program for Apache Junction Unified School District
  • Big-box retailers Home Depot and Target
  • Many restaurants
  • Serving as an owner’s representative for all major cities in Phoenix

Most recently, Andy served as the senior construction manager for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. He graduated from the University of Arizona with degrees in Hospital Administration and Biology. Andy became IBCC certified in 2006, qualifying him for inspector status on any construction project.
