Jason is Manager of Construction with Thrive Development Group. He works earnestly to understand his clients’ and customers’ needs and strives to exceed them.

Jason is ever aware of the changing atmosphere regarding construction pricing, scheduling and supply chain concerns. He believes in honesty, integrity and open communication.

Jason’s background is in construction project management, with 25 years experience in the construction industry. He has worked at all levels within the construction industry and understands what it takes to get a job completed on time and on budget.

Jason has a proven record of successfully developing, implementing and overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction projects, and is experienced in leading and managing construction teams to execute successful outcomes while maintaining great customer relationships.

Throughout his career, Jason has worked on a large range of design build and Construction Management At Risk construction projects. He has successfully completed projects in retail, commercial, industrial, public works, manufacturing facilities, water treatment, highway and civil projects, clean rooms, and municipal projects ranging from $15 million to $400 million in value.

Jason graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geology. He also holds an active Real Estate Salesperson License with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Jason enjoys the construction and development process, and has earned an ICC Master of Special Inspection (MSI) certificate, and OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
